Avoid heavy rain and standing water. Light moisture is manageable at low speed, but avoid deep puddles and hard braking.

Should I fully drain a new battery before charging?

No. For lithium packs, shallow cycles are healthier. Daily 20%~80% is typically best for longevity.

What if update fails and the board is disconnected?

Restart board and app first, then follow recovery mode steps in the update SOP. Open a ticket after two failed retries.

Why is max speed lower than spec?

Normal. Speed depends on rider weight, road conditions, temperature, battery level, and tire pressure.
